What Sessions Look Like?
Each mentoring session is a relaxed, one‑hour conversation between the mentor and mentee. Sessions are designed to be simple, supportive, and led by the student’s interests and goals. We provide training and a set of questions as guidance for mentors. There is no homework, no pressure, and no complicated curriculum — just meaningful guidance from a caring adult.
✅ Real‑World Guidance
Mentors draw from their own life and career experience to help students
✅ Simple, Actionable Takeaways
Each session ends with one small step the student can take before the next meeting — something realistic and encouraging
✅ A Consistent, Supportive Relationship
Sessions happen once a month. Consistency helps students feel supported and confident as they grow
